Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days.
Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time due to their made-to-order nature.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days
International Orders: 7–21 business days (timing varies by destination and customs)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or weather.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping fee to be resent.
We are not responsible for lost packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Camp Conservation is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If this occurs, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
