Refund policy

At Camp Conservation, each piece is made with intention and designed to last. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom & Personalized Items

All custom or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
This includes (but is not limited to) items featuring:

  • Personalized names, dates, locations, or custom text

  • Custom colorways or design modifications requested by the customer

Because these items are made specifically for you, we’re unable to resell or restock them.

Non-Custom Items

For non-custom, non-personalized items:

  • Returns or exchanges may be accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible with a replacement or refund where applicable.

Shipping Fees

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our end.

How to Start a Return

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
